Speaker Series Coming Soon!

The Speaker Series is looking forward to bringing you new and interesting discussions, lessons and workshops this coming year.  We have a talk with Vienna Moms favorite, Parenting Specialist, Rachel Bailey coming up this fall.  We will also offer the very popular CPR/First Aid Certification again  as well as a presentation about how we can talk to our kids about their bodies and sex. We hope to see you all at some of these events.  If the topic/speaker allows, some events may be broadcast live.

She has over 14 years of clinical experience and is an advocate for early sexual health education. Melissa has specialized training in sex therapy, infertility, and trauma and believes passionately in the importance of educating young children about their bodies and sex. Her presentation, Conversation Is The New "Talk": The Why and How of Talking To Your Children About Their Bodies and Sex, will reinforce to parents the importance of early sexual health education as an issue of safety and as a path to later healthy relationships. It will cover why it is imperative that these conversations start early and she will provide simple ways to approach these topics, aiming to reduce shame and discomfort for you...and your children. You'll walk out the door feeling more confident about addressing the tough questions that come up at home.
